**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operations and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to maintain adequate stock levels and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Analyze data and trends to identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement solutions to address them.
- Supervise and train operations staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance, trends, and initiatives for senior management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to operations management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in fashion and jewellery industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in operations management.
