**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Estimator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing plans and preparing competitive bid proposals for commercial landscape and irrigation projects. Your expertise will ensure the accurate assessment of materials, labor, and project requirements to support our continued growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to compile accurate take-off data for bids.
- Research and maintain up-to-date pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Utilize estimation software to prepare comprehensive project bids for management review.
- Develop detailed proposals that align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Exhibit ethical decision-making and integrity in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in estimating and managing commercial landscaping and irrigation projects.
- Familiarity with take-off software is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and other project management tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
