We are a growing real estate third-party construction company based in the United States specializing in providing construction services primarily for hotels projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented **Remote Estimator** with proven experience in reading and interpreting building construction plans, performing accurate takeoffs, and supporting the project team with technical reviews and documentation.

**Position Type**: Full-Time, Remote

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform detailed takeoffs using industry-standard takeoff software
- Review and interpret building construction plans for commercial real estate projects (hotel experience preferred)
- Handle technical requests from the project team
- Conduct submittal reviews for accuracy and compliance
- Review jobsite verifications through Openspace, Procore, and site photos
- Execute tasks from project lookahead schedules
- Identify gaps and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Prepare takeoff and technical templates
- Perform all technical reviews to ensure design and scope accuracy

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an estimator in commercial construction (hotel construction experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting building construction plans
- Proficiency in takeoff software (specify examples if you want: e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.)
- Experience using Procore, Openspace, or similar construction project management tools
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with submittal processes and RFI preparation
- Knowledge of commercial building codes and construction methods
- Strong problem-solving abilities in identifying design or documentation gaps
