Medical Tourism Coordinator

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Coordination**: Assist international patients with treatment plans, hospital appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Medical Documentation**: Manage patient records, reports, and medical histories for smooth processing.
- **Insurance & Claims Processing**: Handle medical insurance claims, liaise with insurance providers, and ensure timely reimbursements.
- **Hospital & Doctor Coordination**: Communicate with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers for scheduling and treatment updates.
- **Cost Estimation & Billing**: Provide patients with treatment cost estimates, manage billing, and track payments.
- **Customer Support**: Address patient queries, provide assistance throughout the treatment process, and ensure a smooth experience.
- **Compliance & Regulations**: Ensure all procedures comply with healthcare regulations, government policies, and medical ethics.
- **Reporting & Data Management**: Maintain records of patient visits, insurance claims, and financial transactions for reporting and analysis.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in medical administration, insurance claims, or healthcare coordination.
- Knowledge of **medical procedures, insurance policies, and claim processes**.
- Strong communication skills in **English and local languages**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word) & CRM tools**.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle patient concerns efficiently.
- Familiarity with **healthcare laws, international patient handling, and visa processes** is a plus.
