**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Consultative selling of Motor Insurance Policies
- Engage potential clients through outbound calls, demonstrating in depth understanding of Motor Insurance policy.
- Convert leads into Sales by explaining features and benefits of the Policy
- Achieving productivity targets set by the management (in terms of calls/connects/talk time/targets/conversions)
- Achieving Quality standards benchmark.

**Requirements:

- **
- Minimum 1 year of Tele-calling Sales experience in a BPO process
- Relevant experience in the Insurance field will be added advantage
