**Key Responsibilities**

**Transport Management**
- **Route Planning & Optimization**:

- Plan and review transport routes to ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with transport vendors to optimize bus schedules and pickup/drop-off timings.
- **Fleet Management**:

- Ensure regular maintenance, servicing, and inspection of school vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle operations, including fuel consumption, mileage, and repairs.
- **Communication**:

- Act as the point of contact for transport-related queries from parents, staff, and vendors.
- Provide timely updates on delays, route changes, or emergencies.

**Facility Management**
- **Infrastructure Maintenance**:

- Monitor the upkeep of school buildings, classrooms, play areas, and utilities.
- Oversee repairs, renovations, and general maintenance to ensure a safe and conducive environment for learning.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Liaise with external vendors for facility-related services (e.g., housekeeping and security).
- Negotiate contracts and ensure services are delivered as per agreements.
- **Inventory & Supplies**:

- Maintain and monitor inventory of essential supplies (cleaning materials, tools, etc.).
- Ensure timely procurement of materials for facility upkeep.
- **Compliance & Health**:

- Adhere to safety and health regulations, ensuring the school complies with fire safety, electrical safety, and sanitation standards.
- Conduct routine audits and inspections of facilities and transport.

**General Administration**
- Supervise the transport and facility team, ensuring clear delegation and accountability.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on transport and facility operations to the school management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
