We are looking for a Facility Executive who ensures smooth operation and maintenance of residential site facilities, managing staff, vendors, and compliance with safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Facility Maintenance**:Oversee daily operations, resolve issues, and implement preventive maintenance.

2. **Staff Management**:Supervise maintenance staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

3. **Vendor Management**:Coordinate with external vendors, ensure contractual compliance.

4. **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure safety standards, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.

5. **Resident Support**: Address resident queries, resolve issues promptly.

6. **Inventory Management**: Manage maintenance supplies and equipment.

7. **Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain records, prepare reports on facility performance.

**Requirements**:
1. 3+ years of experience required.

3. Must have real estate industry experience.

4. Good communication skills required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
