**What You will do**:

- Participate actively in campus recruitment events to hire fresh graduates.
- Prepare HR reports and trackers to monitor recruitment progress.
- Arrange interviews with technical panels based on availability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 6 months exp
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
