Jewelery Designer

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Creates designs with strong artistic sensibilities that satisfies the needs of the traditional and trendy jewelry customers

Maintains current knowledge of design trends

Manage creative and technical development of product within merchandise assortment strategy

Collaborate with Merchandising, Production and Technical Design to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity

Develop materials with production and suppliers

Approval of submits

Provide design research, attend trade exhibitions, supervise product development process

Take an active role in the training and ongoing education of the selling team, provide product knowledge training, event information, policy and procedure updates, ensure that merchandise opportunities are appropriately communicated to the merchant organization in order to support the selling effort

Maintain a strong floor presence to drive selling efforts, model service behaviors to reinforce the service imperative, and ensure consistent adherence to the service standards

Actively seek input from customers to ensure consistent adherence to service standards.

High end and commercial Jewellery /designing understanding.

Well versed to understand the buyer's requirement or project-based briefing. (Gold, Gemstones based, Texture & finishing)

Must Have creative skills and commercial awareness, which requires designing original pieces of Jewellery.

To develop and institutionalize design processes, so as to create ranges that are new, trendy AND innovative.

Create new styles / range and communicating specifications to Production team.

Must have proficient knowledge in Corel Draw.

Manual design and coral draw is must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
