Role Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and driven Sales & Business Development Executive/Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales. The role involves developing new business relationships, managing overseas accounts, and driving export sales across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Understand clients' needs and tailor proposals and presentations to meet those needs
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure a win-win situation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market conditions to provide strategic input on sales and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales contracts
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and generate new business opportunities
  • Coordinate internally with production, pricing, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely order processing.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups from initial communication through delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B jewellery sales.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Familiarity with email-based communication, CRM systems, and MS Office/Google Sheets.

· Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage accounts.

· Must be organized, proactive, and result-driven. B2B sales, order generation , Strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to digital sales platforms, B2B trade portals, and lead generation tools.

Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage
