**Position**:Field Sales Executive **(2 - 4 Years experienced in Pharma Sales preferred)**

**HQ Locations**:Gurugram / Delhi - NCR

**Team Role**:No, it is an individual contributor role.

**Academic Background**:B.Pharmacy / Science Background is preferred.

**Work Experience Criteria**:
We are looking for someone who wants to change the lives of cancer patients.

We are looking for the **Field Sales Executive** to take on a new role, building revenue and managing the Sales for the assigned business markets.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Explain and facilitate adoption of the company’s tests by Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis.
- Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories. Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to grasp and explain complex scientific concepts.
- Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven and motivated professional.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
