As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, handling client communications, and driving revenue for the agency.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Pitch The CTC Agency’s services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Report daily/weekly sales activities to the manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English/Hindi preferred).
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Negotiation & persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely with mínimal supervision.

**Eligibility**

**Permanent Role**:

- 0-2 years of sales or business development experience.
- Graduate in any stream (MBA/Marketing is a plus).

**Internship Role**:

- Students, freshers, or recent graduates are welcome.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Permanent Role**: ₹6,000 - ₹12,000 per month + Incentives & Performance Bonus.
- **Internship**: Stipend ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month or performance-based incentives.
