**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving sales by generating leads, developing customer relationships, and closing deals for our portable cabin solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers for portable cabins.
- Develop and maintain a qualified prospect list through proactive cold calling.
- Understand customer needs and provide detailed information about portable cabin options, specifications, and pricing.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes tailored to specific customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into paying customers

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or related industry (a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey product features and benefits.
- Proficient in cold calling techniques and comfortable initiating conversations with potential customers.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed in a sales environment.
