It operates successful retail brands such as **Westside**, **Zudio**, and **Utsa**, which are predominantly private-label fashion formats offering a wide range of apparel for **men, women, and children**, along with **cosmetics, perfumes, footwear**, and more.

## **Job Role: Sales Associate**

### **Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting customers in-store
- Recommending products based on customer needs and preferences
- Ensuring proper product display and merchandising
- Managing stock levels and replenishment
- Handling billing and cash counter operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the store
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance

## **Salary & Benefits**:

- **CTC per Month**: ₹15,575
- **Net Salary**: ₹11,400 + ₹2,360 (Bonus) = ₹13,760 per month
- **Bonus Eligibility**: Completion of 30 days’ tenure
- **Bonus Disbursement**: Bonus will reflect in monthly salary after completing 60 days in the company
- **Incentives**: Applicable after completion of 60-90 days (NSO - New Store Opening period)

## **Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass
- Age: 18-30 years preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in retail is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
