**Requirements -**

**Process Trainer**
- Knowledge of US 3rd Party collections business
- Knowledge of 3rd Party collection techniques
- Exposure of working on dialer and manual campaigns
- Understanding of regulations and statues governing 3rd party collections along with different State Laws
- Must have good knowledge of FDCPA & State Laws
- Should have 1 or more years of experience as trainer in US Deb collection industry.

**Requirements -**
- Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Trainer in US Debt collection industry
- Should be willing to work in US Shifts
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Good with Analytical skills / MS Excel / presentation skills
- Knowledge of US legal recovery will be an advantage.
