We are hiring a **dynamic and efficient Executive Assistant (Female)** for a reputed **Glass Artware Manufacturing company** located on Agra Road, Firozabad.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handle all internal and external communication on behalf of senior executives
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as required
- Maintain records, manage files, and organize confidential documents
- Assist with travel planning, bookings, and logistics coordination
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Support office administration and follow up on delegated tasks and projects
- **Gender**: Female only
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a similar role as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage
