**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective landlords and tenants to introduce Jugyah and generate leads.
- Research and identify potential clients through various sources, such as online directories, industry databases, and social media.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients, keeping accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Tele Sales, Telemarketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales.
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Convincing Skills
- Flexible with working days and times
- Age criteria: 18 -30 years
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills:
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills in English and/or any regional language(
Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati)
- **Agility**: Ability to change according to business requirements.
- **Motivation**: Demonstrate a positive, 'can-do' attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and
- get things done.
- **Data-driven**: Keen interest in analyzing performance data and transforming it into actionable
strategies.
- **Growth-driven**: Keen to grow as an individual.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
