You will be working as Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor role reporting to Warehouse Manager role and will be part of Motion division Business Area for Traction Division based in Bangalore, India. Oversee warehouse operations, managing a team of employees who receive, handle, store and dispatch products, systems and services to customers.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules and workflow.
- Develops and maintains departmental work instructions for all tasks. Codes and prepares proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.
- Ensures maintenance of equipment and facilities. Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
- Optimizes warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization.
- Recommends measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
- Supervises and assists in daily warehouse and shipping areas. Ensures stock accuracy through periodic stock take and/or cycle counting.
- Motivates, organizes, and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity and Key Performance Indication (KPI) targets are met.
- Maintains standards of health and safety. Ensures quality environ-mental objectives are met.

**Your background**:

- BE / B. Tech Electrical /EC with 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Must have exposure to managing a team of employees who receive, handle, store and dispatch products, systems and services to customers.
