**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize fabric samples for internal and client requirements.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure timely availability of samples.
- Maintain accurate records of sample inventory and distribution.
- Prepare and dispatch fabric samples to clients as per their specifications.
- Assist in quality checks and ensure all samples meet company standards.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors for sample procurement.
- Handle daily office tasks related to sample management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in fabric sampling or a similar role (freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of different types of fabrics and têxtile processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
