- An ORM Executive is responsible for monitoring, connecting, engaging and enhancing the brand's online reputation. Be a representative of FYERS and aids its clients by acting as a point of contact for uplifting the brand's online reputation.
- Actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback and complaints across social platforms.
- Promptly respond to negative comments, feedback and address complaints within the client's specified turnaround time and make the user's journey with the brand smooth.
- Create brand awareness by primary means of addressing user queries and maintaining the brand reputation by changing the perception of people online.
- Acknowledging compliments and showcasing the same on-brand social media pages.
- Categorize data, prepare and share reports depicting an overview of the brand's performance, feedback reports consisting of the existing/current pain areas of the brand along with suggestions to address and eliminate those points successfully.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUISITE**
- Professional-level proficiency in English, excellent written, oral communication, MS-Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of Social Media Channels.
- Must be an informed and active user of social media and possess a keen eye for detail.
