**Job Title: Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Domain**

**About Us**

UpRoi Digital Pvt. Ltd. is a performance-driven digital marketing company specializing in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and end-to-end digital growth solutions. We are expanding our sales & business development team and seeking a **BD Manager with experience in the Digital Marketing industry** to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the **digital marketing domain** (SEO, PPC, SMO, Performance Marketing, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective **sales strategies** to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **domestic and international clients**.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing & delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Stay updated with **digital marketing trends, competitors, and market insights**.
- Manage and mentor a small sales team (if required) to achieve collective targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **2-5 years of proven experience** in Business Development or Sales in a **Digital Marketing Agency / IT Services** domain.
- Strong understanding of **digital marketing services** (SEO, PPC, SMM, Content, Performance Marketing).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding **sales targets**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in **CRM tools** and lead management systems.
- Ability to handle **international clients (US/UK/Canada markets preferred)** is a strong plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
