**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **admissions process** end-to-end including enquiries, follow-ups, and documentation.
- **Counsel students and parents** on academic programs, school policies, and curriculum options.
- Coordinate **parent interactions**, campus visits, and school tours.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up on enrolment status.
- Support the academic team in student engagement and orientation programs.
- Work closely with the **administration and teaching staff** to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Address queries and provide guidance with professionalism and empathy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum **2 -3 years of experience** in academic counselling or admissions.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** in English (additional languages a plus).
- Confident, well-organized, and student-centric approach.
- Comfortable working with school CRM or admission management systems.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience in CBSE school setting is a plus.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
