**About Business Solutions Group (BSG)**
- Business Solutions Group in any bank plays a very vital role in designing, developing and implementing solutions which are robust, stable, efficient and scalable. This Unit performs a 360 degrees role in designing solutions which are customer friendly, operationally efficient, risk conscious, cost effective and regulatory compliant._

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- _To take complete ownership of the Business Requirements/Solutions for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutions (primarily _**_OracleGL, OFSAA and Regulatory reporting related areas_**_)_
- _To create Business Requirement Document and Functionality Specifications documents_
- _To take ownership of resolution of all functional issues/bugs in the systems_
- _To address impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities and ensure compliance_
- _To interface with Regulators/Audit/Compliance with regard to explaining the system functionalities_
- _To have regular strategic interactions with Technology partners/vendors with respect to system functionalities, product roadmap, technology trends etc._

**Qualifications**
- Optimal qualification for success on the job is:_
- _Graduation/Post Graduation with relevant project management / system implementation experience with strong domain knowledge of the underlying Business functions/processes_
- _5-10 years’ experience in the Banking / Financial services domain_

**Role Proficiencies**:

- _Knowledge of Finance & Accounts (primarily related to P2P) processes_
- _Relevant Banking domain/techno-functional knowledge_
- _Knowledge of interfaces/integrations/underlying processes_
