Job Description About Bharat Banking: Bharat Banking is a new Department which has been set up to drive different business that the Bank does in Semi Urban and rural markets. The department is expected to drive business outcomes by focusing on partnerships, new products, innovation, reimagining customer journeys and driving / creating new channel. About the Role: This a team handling role. The size of the operation the position manages is 5. Key Responsibilities: - P and L responsibility of the product - Portfolio management - New Product development - Training and Development - Sales Facilitation - Issue resolution - Process improvisation - New initiatives Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: - Post Graduate or MBA in relevant field - 10-12 yrs in relevant industry Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: - Knowledge - Knowledge of Retail Agri Banking and Commodity Finance - Knowledge of Product and Process development - Working knowledge of Pan India Commodity business - Working knowledge of warehousing industry - Skills - Vendor Management and negotiations - Collateral Management and Warehousing - Farm to trade Agri-supply chain business - Problem solving and cross functional team engagement - Strong communication and interpersonal skill - Acumen for Digitalization of existing processes creating efficiency - Abilities - Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others - Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment - Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts) #ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open.
