Restaurant Hostess

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guest Reception: Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and thank them as they leave.
- Seating Management: Manage reservations and walk-in guests, efficiently seating them according to availability and preferences.
- Waitlist Handling: Maintain and manage a waitlist, providing accurate wait time estimates and ensuring guests are comfortable.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, manage reservations, and respond to inquiries about the restaurant and menu.
- Table Preparation: Ensure that tables are set up properly and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Customer Service: Provide guests with menus, introduce specials, and assist with any immediate needs or requests.
- Coordination: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Special Accommodations: Assist guests with special needs or accommodations, ensuring a comfortable dining experience for all.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, especially in a restaurant setting.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and waitlists.
- Attributes: Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
