**Skill/Requirement**
- Exceptional Problem solving and analyzing skills.
- The tone of voice should be Clear and fluent in English.
- Must be capable to handle Client Calls and queries.
- Must have at least 1.5 years of experience in international calling /Customer/client servicing or B2B/B2C)
- Have Basic Computer Knowledge9(MS office, outlook,gmail,zoom call)
- Advance spoken English Communication Skills
- Able to work in night shift environment (mandatory).

**Job Type/benefits**:

- Full Time /work from home (temporary).

**Qualification**:

- Graduate/UG with minimum 2 years of international calling experience
