**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Proper and timely procurement of materials

2. Vendor management

3.Preparation of Purchase order, Delivery challan, Eway bill.

4. Logistics and stock management, counting stock sitewise.

5. Handling any kind of issue related to Purchase (invoices/ mismatch in delivery/ defective materials etc.)

6. Handling inventory

7. Generation of reports as well as reporting to Seniors and Management.

8.Prepare stock report in excel.

9. Coordination with Execution department, preparation of voucher, maintain data on excel, etc.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:
Experience: 1-2 years (Purchase)

Qualification: B.Com (M.Com/ Diploma in Material Management will be preferred)
