**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script.
- Provide information about our products/services and answer any questions or concerns.
- Obtain and document customer information accurately.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to present our offerings effectively.
- Keep track of customer interactions and update records in the database.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum education**: 12th Pass.
- **Language**: Marathi, Hindi, Basic English
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel, Word
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
