**Job Title: Telecalling Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 1+ years in sales or customer service (preferred)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Telecalling Executive** to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing our Resort, and converting leads into bookings or sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
- Present and explain company offerings clearly and persuasively
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with potential clients
- Handle objections professionally and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and concerns

**Requirements**:✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
✔ Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets
✔ Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
