**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and explain available IT courses.
- Counsel students on career opportunities and guide them to suitable programs.
- Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Address queries related to course fees, schedules, and certifications.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams for promotional activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure student satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle student queries and provide accurate information.
- Basic knowledge of IT courses (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and local language(s).
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
