Kickstart Football Club is a premium residential football training center. We are looking for an in-house warden at a residential boys' football center.

**Job Title**: In-House Warden

**Location**: Kickstart Football Club, Kalyan Nagar

**Reports To**: Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:The In-House Warden at the residential boys' football center is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and structured living environment for young athletes. This position ensures the well-being, discipline, and daily routine of residents while fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere conducive to their athletic development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Support**:Supervise the daily activities and routines of resident athletes.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to young athletes.
Ensure that residents adhere to the center's rules and regulations.
- **Safety and Security**:Maintain a secure and safe living environment.

Conduct regular safety checks and address any potential hazards promptly.
Be prepared to respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary.
- **Daily Routine**:Establish and enforce a structured daily routine, including meal times, study hours, and leisure activities.

Monitor and assist with homework and academic responsibilities.
- **Communication**:Communicate effectively with residents, coaches, and parents or guardians.

Report any concerns or issues to the appropriate supervisor or authority.
- **Conflict Resolution**:Address conflicts or behavioral issues among residents in a fair and respectful manner.

Encourage conflict resolution and interpersonal skills among residents.
- **Health and Well-being**:Encourage and promote healthy lifestyles, including proper nutrition and physical fitness.

Ensure that residents have access to medical care when needed.
- **Housekeeping**:Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of living spaces.

Manage laundry facilities and other household tasks.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of resident activities, incidents, and behavioral issues.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- **Role Model**:Serve as a positive role model for residents in terms of behavior, sportsmanship, and ethical conduct.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- Previous experience working with youth, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts and disciplinary issues effectively.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (is a plus).
- Knowledge of football or sports coaching is an advantage.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of young athletes.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position involves living on-site at the residential football center, often including weekends and evenings. _**Accomodation and food will be provided.**_
- May require occasional travel with the team for away matches or events.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
