**Job Description: Hostel Warden cum Campus Officer (Boys Hostel)**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as the **Hostel Warden cum Campus Officer** for a Boys Hostel accommodating 150 students. The role is residential and requires the individual to stay on campus 24/7. Preference will be given to ex-military personnel with a background in hostel management, campus discipline, and security oversight.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hostel Management**:

- Ensure the smooth functioning of the hostel, maintaining discipline and harmony among students.
- Oversee student accommodations, addressing any concerns or requirements promptly.
- Maintain hostel attendance records and manage leave/permissions.
- **Campus Security & Discipline**:

- Monitor and manage the performance of campus security guards.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and disciplined environment within the campus.
- Address disciplinary issues among students and staff in a timely and effective manner.
- **Food & Accommodation**:

- Supervise the provision of nutritious and hygienic meals in the hostel.
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the hostel premises, including rooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Utilize computer systems and ERP software to maintain attendance, hostel records, and other administrative tasks.
- Manage and monitor CCTV surveillance systems.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on hostel activities and issues.
- **Maintenance Oversight**:

- Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and upkeep of hostel facilities.
- Ensure regular inspections of hostel infrastructure for safety and functionality.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in hostel management or similar roles, preferably with an ex-military background.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and disciplinary skills.
- Proficiency in computer operations, ERP systems, and CCTV monitoring.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- **Commitment**: Must reside on campus 24/7 and be available for emergency situations.
- **Education**: Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in management/security are a plus.
