**Role Requirements**:
As a Project Executive, you are required to handle the site execution, vendor management and design coordination.

i. On Site execution

ii. Vendor management

iii. MEP understanding

iv. BOQ preparation

**Skills Required**:
i. BE in civil engineering / Bachelors in Architecture

ii. Good Communication Skills

iii. Good Negotiation Skills

iv. Effective Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,941.18 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
