**Experience**:

- 2-4 years in Salesforce QA/Manual Testing roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute **manual test cases and scripts**.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with developers and business analysts.
- Create and maintain **test documentation**, including test plans, reports, and defect logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and ensure end-to-end testing coverage.
- Participate in **Agile/Scrum ceremonies** and contribute to sprint deliverables.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ** Salesforce Knowledge**: Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts, standard/custom objects, data models, and Sales Cloud workflows.
- ** Manual Testing Expertise**: Strong background in manual testing with experience in designing, executing, and maintaining test cases.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Excellent problem-solving ability, with keen attention to detail.
- ** Agile/Scrum**: Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
