Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce enhancements and releases.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom code.
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, and business teams to understand requirements and create test coverage.
  • Use Salesforce testing tools (Provar, Selenium, or similar) for automation where applicable.
  • Track, log, and manage defects in tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure data integrity and validate data migrations within Salesforce.
  • Participate in release cycles, sandbox refreshes, and deployment testing.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning.
  • Familiarity with SOQL, Apex basics, and Salesforce data model.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
  • Experience with test automation tools (Selenium with Java/C#, Provar, or similar).
  • Good understanding of API testing (Postman, REST, SOAP).
