Finance Controller

**What you’ll do**
- Act as trusted Business Partner and support the Market Unit (MU) management to successful steer business.
- Drive business critical controlling activities (reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, closing activities)
- Deliver high-quality analyses on MU forecast, latest estimate, and quarterly actuals, and coordinate the reporting process within the team and other finance / business teams.
- Close interaction with the Specialized Services Controlling team, BAC Cross team and other departments like Global Services Controlling, Operations etc. on all services controlling related topics.
- Participate in strategic projects & continuous improvement, especially in the context of simplification / automation.

**What you bring**
- University degree or the equivalent in business administration or economics related studies.
- 8+ years of professional work experience with a strong focus on controlling or finance processes.
- Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of prioritization, results and execution focused.
- Good knowledge of IT Consulting business / Experience with budget and forecast processes.
- Comfort with working in both a team and independently showing significant own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive management.
- Fluent English language skills oral and written.
