**Job Description: Finance Controller**

**Desired Profile**:
Preferred Experience:

- At least 10+ years of experience as Finance Manager/Senior Manager role in any IT/ITES enabled organization with presence in US/Europe
- Responsible for Financial Control and Management. Control and manage all type of financial accounting and reporting activities, Financial and Tax Audits of Group companies in India, PH & US
- Responsible for preparation of financial and cash flow budgets
- Responsible for preparation of periodical financial reports and analysis
- Responsible for all activities related to Treasury, Banking
- Responsible for compliance with applicable direct and indirect tax laws
- Responsible for risk management functions such as risk mitigation measures, insurance and related
- Responsible for timely completion of statutory financial and tax audits
- Responsible for corporate secretarial functions
- Responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations

**Key Accountability**

**Budget preparation and control**:

- Preparation of budgets

**Financial Reporting and Audit**:

- Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial reports
- Timely issue of financial reports
- Periodical financial analysis and reports to management
- Managing the relationship with external auditors and advisors
- Timely completion of audits

**Treasury and Banking Functions**:

- Manage the relationship with banks.
- Responsible for all KYC information and all other supporting documents to banks.
- Optimise the utilisation of funds.
- Cash flow management and resource allocation.
- Compliance with central bank regulations and reporting requirements

**Taxation**:

- Compliance with tax statues
- Maintenance of Transfer Pricing Documentations
- Timely payment of applicable taxes
- Ensure correct withholding of taxes
- Update the management of tax statute changes
- Timely filing of tax returns
- Timely completion of tax audits
- Promptly act upon notices and demands from tax authorities

**Others**:

- Support the local management in preparing financial projections, simulations, what-if scenarios
- Support the local management in benchmarking efficiency parameters
- Support the local management initiatives in pooling of resources and shared services

**Qualification**:
Required Qualifications:

- CA/CPA/CMA
- Masters Degree in Financial Management

**Salary**: ₹1,654,657.61 - ₹2,514,867.93 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
