**Job Role: Client Servicing Executive**
Job Location: Andheri west
Experience: 0-1 Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales, etc.) to fulfil client requirements.
- Address client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare reports, presentations, trackers and documentation for client meetings.
- Support in planning and executing client projects and campaigns.
- Gather client feedback and assist in implementing improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Responsible for building new client connections through networking, referrals, events, and research.
- Research and think creatively to provide innovative chocolate gifting solutions tailored to client needs.
- Support in client events, product sampling, and exhibitions to represent the brand.
- Responsible for handling company's Events and Wedding portfolio across India, ensuring premium brand visibility and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduated
- **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- **Personality Traits**: A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- **Experience**: Prior internship or project experience in client servicing, marketing, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
