**About the Role**:
As a Project Coordinator at ScriptoFi, you will lead the development of JEWELNME, a native digital diamond jewellery ecommerce platform. This role places you at the core of driving seamless execution, fostering team collaboration, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences.

You’ll oversee JEWELNME’s project as a primary focus while managing an efficient resource allocation of ScriptoFi's initiatives. If you’re passionate about leading impactful projects in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
- Proactively manage risks, resolve obstacles, and maintain project momentum.
- Establish and maintain Jira workflows, boards, and dashboards to track progress, productivity, and resource allocation.
- Ensure teams follow agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task prioritization processes.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including technical specifications, workflows, and user manuals.
- Support the team in managing other ScriptoFi projects, to ensure efficient resource utilization across the team.
- Coordinate testing efforts, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to ensure quality.
- Track KPIs and project performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in the hiring process to identify and onboard new talent when required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Project Management Skills**:

- Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on time.
- Ability to manage expectations and provide clear, concise updates.
- Efficient allocation and utilization of resources across concurrent projects.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Project Management Tools**: Advanced expertise in **Jira**, familiarity with Miro and Confluence for documentation.
- **Required Tech Stack Exposure and Understanding**:

- **Backend**: Nest.js, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
- **Frontend**: Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- **Databases**: MongoDB and familiarity with database optimization.
- **UI/UX**: Figma and best practices for user experience design.
- **Additional Technical Familiarity**: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and AWS is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.

**Location and Working Environment**:

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
