**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and real estate portals
- Strategize and manage digital presence of the Kanakapura Road project
- Create and manage content (text, image, video) for digital promotions and project branding
- Analyze campaign performance and share timely reports
- Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for lead nurturing
- Improve SEO/SEM performance and website traffic (if applicable)

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and analytics
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Photoshop, and analytics platforms
- Ability to create effective content aligned with the project and buyer persona
- Good command of English and regional languages preferred
