**Client Service Counselor**

Balance Nutrition is a one of its kind digital health business, we address the market for Obesity and Lifestyle & chronic disorders management like Diabetes, Thyroid, Cholesterol, PCOS, Kidney liver, and GI disorders
We are end to end digital business with a full tech suite Mobile APP (android & IOS), web, and CRM to cater to clients with chronic disorders

**You will be working on**:
1. Supporting and driving the Inside sales but through feature improvements, client experience management and active client intervention.

2. Capture reasons of clients with good results but bad feedback or experience (APP or on engagement by mentors ) and address the team for poor results, track every session, isolate reason and address --client motivation, or diet planning or poor engagement from our side.

3. Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.

4. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

5. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:
1. Good Nutrition Knowledge

2. Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

4. Team worker & Motivator

5. The ability to work efficiently under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
