**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify potential clients via calls, referrals, social outreach, and walk-ins.
- **Client Engagement**: Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present tailored interior design consultations.
- **Sales Closure**: Negotiate contracts, address client queries, and convert interested prospects into confirmed projects.
- **CRM & Reporting**: Maintain accurate CRM records; track daily sales activity and report pipeline status.
- **Collaboration**: Work with design and execution teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and new project types to refine sales strategy.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-1 year preferred; freshers with strong interpersonal and English/Marathi communication encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**: Basic knowledge of B2B/B2C sales; ability to pitch premium design solutions; good negotiation and presentation skills.
- **Language**: Good working proficiency in English and local languages (Marathi/Hindi) is advantageous.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
