**Program Executive - Public Health**:

- **Minimum Qualification**:BSc I.T (preferred)/ ANM/Graduate with Computer Experience
- **Job Timings**:8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. No Night Duties. Safe Working Environment

**Responsibilities**:
**A. Technical Support**:
1. Perform data entry and maintain updated data of ANC/PNC mothers and Children in Software.

2. Providing technical support (typing, printing, storing of usg reports) to Radiologists, Gynaecologist and Paediatrician on days of Pregnant Mothers, Well Baby and Sonography clinic.

3. Capturing and storing data of Sonography Machine. Taking regular data backup on external hard drive and cloud.

4. Preparing and maintaining Sonography Data as per PCPNDT requirements. Maintaining updated database for the same.

5. Providing technical support in preparing monthly and quarterly reports.

6. Integrating Daily, Weekly and Monthly Data for following programs:
a. ANC/PNC Project including Sonography

b. Well Baby Clinic

c. RBSK - Rashtriya Bal Swathya Karekram

d. Centre Based Impact Assessment, Counselling and Skill Development

f. MJPJAY - Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Aarogya Yojana

7. Maintain directory of health functionaries.

8. To maintain all documentation of DMCHP activities including photographs.

9. Maintenance of all IT Hardware, Software, Internet Connectivity and Databases.

10. Any other task or job responsibility as required by the Public Health Department Head.

**B. Drugs and Logistics Management**:
1. Supporting for stock checking of Drugs and Consumables used in Department of Public Health and reporting to HOD Dept. of Public Health.

2. Maintaining Fixed Assets Registers

3. Indenting of Drugs and Consumables under Supervision of HOD - Public Health

4. Carrying out Expiry Drugs Analysis and Following FEFO and FIFO Principles.

**C. Patient Care**:
Will be be required to do the floor management of various Centre based Clinics so that the medical services are able to be delivered to patients by clinicians. This involves registration, documentation, data entry, assisting clinicians inside the OPD.

**D. Camp Coordination**:
One of your responsibilities will be camp coordination. You will be involved in implementation of various outreach camps in PHC, District Hospital, Sub-District Hospitals and Anganwadis. You will be required to be physically present for centre based and outreach camps for Screening of Children suffering from Congenital Heart Diseases, Pregnant Mothers Camps and Well Baby Clinics.

**E. Supporting MJPJAY/PMJAY/Aayushman Bharat Initiative**:
You would be supporting the implementation of Government Schemes for patients who have been referred from outreach camps and who are eligible for MJPJAY/PMJAY/Aayushman Bharat Schemes.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
