Senior Associate - Client Data Analyst - Global COO Support Team
Primary responsibilities:
- Responsibility and ownership from inception through to implementation of our reporting environment
- Proven history of delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources
- Develop automation of processes to improve data storage, quality and reduce reporting cycle time
- Understand client operations and investment servicing organization to be able to use data to drive key analytics to support operating model optimization
- Ability to conduct joint working sessions with stakeholders to gather data requirements
- Strong communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels
- Should have a proactive approach to problem solving
- Able to contribute as a team and deliver individually as and when needed
- High level of personal commitment to each task, a can do attitude and a drive to deliver
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree with strong record of academic achievement
- 3 to 6 years of experience in client operations intelligence and analytics
- Strong understanding of data both from a business and technical perspective
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel with VBA experience, Powerpoint, teams and Access
- Essential experience on Power BI, Power Shell, Tableau, Alteryx, Knime
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and develop meaningful relationships across lines of business, a wide range of stakeholders, and development teams to achieve common goals
- Strong organization and analysis skills (including root cause analysis)
- Strong in written and oral communication in English
- Strong work-ethic with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
