About Process
The Business Onboarding and Transitions team (“BOaT”) is seeking a talented, detail-oriented individual to join a growing team dedicated to the support and onboarding of new accounts within Global Operations. This Associate position will be integral to the successful completion of Account Platform and System Setup as well as fostering key relationships with our internal and external customer base. The core responsibilities of the position will include:
Key Responsibilities/Skills & Knowledge/ Qualification
- A college degree (Bachelors’ degree or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access, excel and power point is a plus.
- Excellent communications skills with confidence to interact with multiple levels of management.
- Desire and ability to provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Flexible to work in night shifts.
- skills: ability to work effectively with team to enhance team efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Must have percentage of quality min of 99%.
- Resolve issues and prioritize actions in the absence of the managers.
- Ability to recognize and prioritize issues through daily updates, ensuring work is completed within established timeframes
- Ability to communicate confidently, efficiently and clearly in both written and verbal forms
- Review SOP’s and update them accordingly
- Maintain leave tracker and manage stake holders
Primary Skills (Must Have)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to perform effectively to strict deadlines
- Should be flexible with shifts (including night shifts)
