The Service Operations Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the Service Operations Team and Team Lead on data projects, client onboarding, and any other Service Ops projects. The Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Team projects via data logging, data tracking, and content organization according to the project scope. The Service Operations Coordinator will also work with our Process Automation team to assist in automating administrative tasks.

**As our Service Operations Coordinator, you will be required to**:

- Ensuring the success upload of data and documents into our firm's immigration database, ensuring data integrity
- Assisting with the creation of robotic processes that assist the onboarding team with data logging in Envoy's technology platform (included but not limited to):

- Splicing documents
- Codifying documents
- Naming documents
- Uploading documents
- Using documents to update client profiles
- Auditing documents and verifying correct/incorrect data
- Content and data organization for supplemental client projects
- Assisting with US and global projects, reports and other administrative duties as required.
- Reviews documentation to determine facts + information as pertains to US and Global immigration
- Assisting with the efficient entering of key dates and deadlines into the Envoy Platform and all relevant systems
- Ability to communicate with all levels of a client's organization
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for improvement
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- **Two or more years business and/or professional office experience
