**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers in the region.
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to gather information about customer needs and preferences.
- Understand the features and benefits of our products and provide accurate product information to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues they may have.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license and a vehicle is required.
