Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Executive to promote and demonstrate our FMCG products to customers. The role involves engaging with customers, encouraging product trials, collecting feedback, and driving sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live product demonstrations and sampling activities.
  • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Motivate customers to try and purchase products.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales/marketing team.
  • Maintain product display areas and ensure availability of stock during promotions.
  • Build strong customer engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Prior experience in product promotion, sales, or customer interaction is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence to interact with different types of customers.
  • Energetic, presentable, and customer-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
