**Job Description : Receptionist + Assistant**
Location: Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, New Delhi
Type: Full-time

**About the Job**:
We’re looking for someone who’s smart, reliable, and brings a touch of polish to everything they do. If you're someone who enjoys keeping things organized, managing schedules, and making a great first impression at the front desk - this role might be for you.
**Qualifications and Skills Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Prior experience in a front office or personal assistant role, freight forwarding industry experience preferred.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English language fluency
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Polished, well-groomed, and presentable at all times
- Highly organized, discreet, and able to multitask efficiently
**Responsibilities**:
**Personal Assistance -**
- Manage daily schedule, appointments, and reminders for the Director
- Handle travel bookings, and calendar coordination
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
**Front Desk & Reception**
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle couriers, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies
**Administrative Support**
- Maintain files, records, and documentation as required
- Coordinate with housekeeping, admin, and office vendors when needed
- Assist with basic HR/admin tasks when required
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
