_**JOB TITLE- PRIMARY COORDINATOR**_
- **JOB LOCATION - ATTAPUR**_

The **Primary Coordinator** is responsible for leading and managing the primary school curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, fostering holistic development, and building a collaborative team culture among primary teachers. She will serve as a key liaison between teachers, parents, and school leadership, ensuring smooth academic operations and student success.

**Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership**:

- Ensure lesson plans, assessments, and teaching methods align with the school’s vision and learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching practices and student performance regularly.
- Support integration of 21st-century skills, creative thinking, and experiential learning in the classroom.

**Teacher Management & Support**:

- Supervise and mentor the primary teaching staff, offering constructive feedback and professional development.
- Conduct classroom observations and maintain quality control of academic delivery.
- Organize regular team meetings, workshops, and peer learning sessions.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new teachers.

**Student & Parent Engagement**:

- Address academic or behavioral concerns in coordination with teachers and parents.
- Organize and oversee parent-teacher meetings, events, and progress discussions.
- Encourage student participation in co-curricular and enrichment activities.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate timetables, substitutions, assessments, and exam schedules.
- Work with school leadership in planning academic calendars and school events.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, protocols, and code of conduct.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed / M.Ed preferred).
- Minimum **5 years of teaching experience** in a primary school; **2+ years in a leadership role** preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and handle conflict professionally.
- Knowledge of child development, innovative pedagogy, and progressive teaching strategies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
